My kids would love to do something like this. They are all about painting. We’d do this outside though, because I’d picture the paint all over the house. replycancel

You are a riot, Amber! Yes, probably a good idea so we can save your sanity!! Surprisingly, we did not get any paint on their clothes. I didn’t put aprons on them cause I was too lazy to drag them out. SO, I’d say MAYBE they are less messy than dyeing???! replycancel

there's something about decorating for easter that just makes me feel so happy and hopeful! walking through the warm spring rain surrounded by flowers in full bloom - ahhh! best feeling ever!

the smile that says: really, mom? do you HAVE to ask for a photo RIGHT now while i'm trying to create a masterpiece here?

any time i see paint like this, i think of bob ross. do you guys know him too? i grew up watching him paint "happy little trees" on television and i remember falling in love with art because of him!
